Job summary

Intelizign Lifecycle Services in Chennai is seeking a CAE Machining & Assembly FEA Model Build specialist with 1–5 years of experience. The role focuses on meshing and analysis for machining applications, using industry-standard tools and HPC resources.

The candidate will collect inputs, build 2D/3D FE meshes, run simulations on HPC, and generate comprehensive reports. Immediate joiner is desired for this Chennai-based on-site position.

Qualifications

• FEA Meshing expertise for 2D/3D components.
• Experience with static linear and nonlinear analysis.
• Ability to setup and run CAE simulations and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Collect input from program teams to perform meshing and analysis.
• Generate FE mesh (2D & 3D) for parts and fixtures.
• Predict cutting forces from process parameters for machining analysis.
• Based on loads and boundary conditions, generate CAE model setup files.
• Upload files to HPC and run simulations.
• Post-process results and generate reports.

Work Location: Chennai

Immediate Joiner

• Collect all necessary input from program teams to perform meshing & analysis
• Generate FE mesh (2D & 3D) for the part & fixture components.
• Predict cutting forces as required from process parameters for machining analysis.
• Based on the loads & boundary conditions generate the CAE model set up file
• Upload file to HPC & Run Simulation in HPC
• Post processing and report generation
