Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. is seeking a CAE Engineer for Pune on a contract basis. The role focuses on FE modelling, meshing and assembly for crash, durability, and NVH domains, delivering full-vehicle models including BIW, closures, engine, powertrain, suspension and interiors.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years of CAE experience, hands-on proficiency with ANSA, Abaqus and LS-DYNA, and strong communication and documentation skills to support project requirements and client interactions.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 4-8 years of experience in CAE Model Build activities.
• Strong expertise in full vehicle FE model development.
• Hands-on experience with ANSA, Abaqus and LS-DYNA.
• Experience in plastic part meshing and model assembly.
• Knowledge of Crash, Durability, and NVH analysis requirements.
• Strong understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) principles.
• Good communication, technical documentation, and reporting skills.
