Key Account Manager - Automobile, Heavy Industries - R&D & Plant Roles | Non IT- Recruitment | Client Acquisition

We are looking for a System / E&E Engineer with strong experience in requirements management, CAN diagnostics, and automotive systems engineering to join our growing team.

• Manage system-level requirements derived from customer requirements
• Perform vehicle CAN diagnostics – data acquisition, decoding, analysis & reporting
• Conduct system requirements reviews and ensure top-down traceability
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams: software, electrical, safety, reliability & project engineering
• Support system integration, verification & validation testing
• Assist electrical architecture teams in topology development
• Contribute to E&E architecture definition, wiring harness & schematic understanding
• Integrate and use 3rd‑party protocol stacks (CAN open, etc.)
• CAN protocols: CAN, J1939 (domestic & export vehicles)
• CAN tools: CANoe, CANalyzer (CANape – added advantage)
• CAN stack & software integration experience
• System engineering & requirements tools: DOORS, configuration & bug tracking tools
• Knowledge of PLM / Teamcenter
• Awareness of E&E New Product Development processes
• Understanding of HV / AC voltage safety standards
