Job description

We are looking for a CAE Analyst – Thermal CFD with strong hands‑on experience in full-vehicle thermal analysis and automotive systems.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

The role will involve executing thermal CFD analyses, identifying thermal issues, correlating simulation results with physical test data, developing countermeasures, and independently delivering projects while interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute full-vehicle thermal analysis and identify potential thermal issues.
  • Build CFD models using ANSA.
  • Set up boundary conditions using UH3D and TAITHERM/RADTHERM.
  • Perform internal-flow simulations using STAR-CCM+.
  • Conduct CFD correlation with physical test data and investigate discrepancies.
  • Develop and troubleshoot fan models, front‑end openings, and heat‑rejection calculations.
  • Debug simulations involving RADTHERM, STAR-CCM+ and coupled analysis.
  • Perform ENSIGHT post‑processing and prepare technical reports.
  • Analyze heat exchanger data sheets and interpret relevant performance parameters.
  • Recommend corrective actions for thermal issues, including heat‑shield placement and other thermal countermeasures.
  • Independently handle and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
  • Communicate technical findings, issues, and recommendations effectively with customers and internal teams.
Required Skills
  • ANSA
  • RADTHERM / TAITHERM
  • STAR-CCM+
  • ENSIGHT
  • Teamcenter
  • Strong knowledge of Heat Transfer and Fluid Dynamics
  • Good understanding of full‑vehicle automotive systems and their functions
  • Hands‑on experience with fan modelling, heat rejection and thermal management
  • Experience with CFD-to-test correlation
  • Strong simulation debugging and problem‑solving capability
Preferred / Add-on Skills
  • Automotive thermal management experience
  • Full‑vehicle CFD exposure
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer deliverables
  • Good team‑player attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts when required
What We’re Looking For

We value candidates who can demonstrate real project experience and engineering ownership, not just exposure to CAE tools.

Candidates with experience in full‑vehicle thermal analysis, CFD correlation, simulation troubleshooting, and developing practical thermal countermeasures will be strongly preferred.
