Job summary

Integrated Simulation Technologies is seeking an experienced 3D CFD Analyst to work on ICE and EV domains. You will conduct steady and transient CFD analyses, Multi-phase/VOF assessments, and advanced CHT studies across powertrain, underhood, HVAC, radiator and heat exchangers.

You will also perform external aerodynamics and cooling CFD for battery, motor and inverter assemblies. Strong automotive domain knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential to interpret results, prepare

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a 3D CFD Analyst using Star-CCM+ or ANSYS FLUENT software in ICE and Electric Vehicle (EV) domains.
• Steady and transient CFD / Multi-phase / VOF assessments for pressure drop, flow distribution, velocity, turbulence, temperature and heat transfer.
• Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) analysis of Powertrain, Underhood aerothermal, Cabin HVAC, Radiator and Heat exchanger.
• Expertise in External Aerodynamics simulation for vehicle body.
• Cooling system CFD analysis of Battery, Motor, Engine, Inverter and Converter.
• Geometry cleanup, Meshing, setup of large simulation models, post processing and report preparation.
• Fundamental knowledge of CFD, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics.
• Very good in automotive domain knowledge.
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFD simulations for ICE and EV systems, including multi-physics coupling and post-processing.
• Develop and validate thermal management strategies for automotive components.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
