• Experience in Molded parts and Rubber Hoses analysis

• Reverse engineering and CIP/VA/VE projects
• NVH analysis for anti-vibration mounts with 6DOF study
• Fatigue and durability knowledge
• Automation/macros for CAE
• DFMEA for new product development
• Drawing/specifications and DVP finalization
• Proto development and testing with CFT

Responsibilities

• Product design and development through CAE analysis
• Lead cycle reduction programs for product development
• Benchmarking AVMs, hoses, and other products with design team
• Provide technical support to customers
• Review field failure records and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate proto development and testing
• Maintain drawings and specification documents
• Improve catalog parts by geometry optimization
• Ensure ISO/IATF 16949 documentation and compliance

Job description

Senior Executive -CAE/FEA

candidate must have 8-10 years of experience

• Product design and development throwsimulation / Virtual analysis by Abacus, Altair or similar analysis software particularly Molded parts and Rubber Hoses
• Concept Design with the help of customer input data / Envelop
• Reverse engineering new product as well as existing product and implementation of CIP and VA/VE projects
• Perform NVH analysis for Anti Vibrations mounts including 6DOF study and Isolations performance for IC Engine and EV motors
• Fatigue and Durability knowledge (SN curve understandings)
• Create Automation/Macros for CAE application.
• Handling Development 5 phases (DFMEA) for new product development.
• Drawing / Specifications design and DVP finalization
• Proto development and testing with Co-ordination of CFT
• Improvement in catalog parts by geometry optimization
• Ensure undertaking and implementing of initiatives to improve product design and development.
• Oversee designing and implementing of cycle reduction programs for product development.
• Ensure discussion of specifications for benchmark of AVMs, Hoses, and other products with Design & Development team.
• Analyse customer feed backsfor necessary actions.
• Ensure reviewing of records of all field failures.
• Ensure provision of technical support to customer.
• Monitor benchmarking of performance.
• Maintain ISO/IATF – 16949:2016 and system related documentation
• Maintain 5s at work station.
