• Perform nonlinear FEA including contact, large deformation, and material plasticity using ANSYS Mechanical.
• Conduct CFD simulations for HVAC systems and process equipment using ANSYS Fluent and OpenFOAM.
• Analyze fatigue and thermal stress in heavy machinery components adhering to IS and ASME codes.
• Optimize designs through parametric studies and automation using Python scripting.
• Document simulation results and prepare technical reports for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on renewable energy projects exceeding 500 MW capacity.
• Apply ASME BPVC and EN 13445 standards in pressure vessel design validation.
• Evaluate lifting equipment under FEM/DIN 15018 standards for safety compliance.
