Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 25 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting, joinery, and interior projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of joinery construction, materials, hardware, and detailing.
• Good understanding of interior design drawings and construction details.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Knowledge of SketchUp/Revit or other drafting/design software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings for interior and joinery works.
• Develop joinery shop drawings, furniture details, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Prepare detailed drawings for doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, vanities, wall panels, counters, and other custom joinery items.
• Prepare interior layout drawings, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and elevation details.
• Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and develop accurate working drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions, materials, and design requirements.
• Revise drawings based on client, designer, or site-team requirements.
• Prepare drawings suitable for fabrication and site execution.
• Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, and revisions.
• Coordinate with the production/site team to resolve technical and detailing issues.
