Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman with 2–4 years of experience in architectural and interior design documentation. You will prepare detailed drawings, GFCs, and tender documents with accuracy and speed, coordinating with the design team, consultants, and site engineers.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Photoshop will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil, or Interior Design is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural or interior design firms is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; Revit, SketchUp, or Photoshop are added advantages.
• Strong detailing, materials knowledge, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior working drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings.
• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) and tender drawings in coordination with architects and interior designers.
• Update and maintain drawing sets as per site progress and design changes.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all CAD drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants to integrate services layouts with architectural drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site measurements and mark-ups.
• Maintain drawing libraries, templates, and layer management protocols.
• Support the design team in preparing presentation drawings when required.

Role Overview:
