Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks an experienced Interior Draughtsman to create accurate interior drawings and execution plans. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, with knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max considered an advantage.

You will develop floor plans, furniture layouts, and elevations, coordinating with MEP and other teams to ensure precise implementation on site.

• 58 years of relevant experience in interior drafting/detailing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior working drawings based on design concepts and specifications.
• Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare false ceiling, flooring, wall paneling, partition and furniture drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP, electrical and other engineering requirements.
• Modify drawings based on inputs from interior designers, architects and project teams.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction/execution drawings for site implementation.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Interior Draughtsman responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings for interior design and execution projects. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have good knowledge of interior detailing, furniture layouts, materials, and construction drawings.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior working drawings based on design concepts and specifications.
• Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare false ceiling, flooring, wall paneling, partition and furniture drawings.
• Prepare detailed joinery and furniture drawings including wardrobes, kitchens, counters, reception desks, etc.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP, electrical and other engineering requirements.
• Modify drawings based on inputs from Interior Designers, Architects and Project Teams.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction/execution drawings for site implementation.
• Ensure accuracy, dimensions, material specifications and detailing in all drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams to resolve drawing-related queries.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of revised drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and design standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or other interior design software would be an advantage.
• 58 years of relevant experience in interior drafting/detailing.
