Key Responsibilities

• Technical SME for Primary CAUIM and supporting monitoring tools for implementation as per requirement and development
• Good exposure on client handling and Team management
• Good exposure on handling Root cause analysis and think out of box monitoring solutions
• Handle Infra monitoring tools environment to keep stable monitoring and make functionalities autopilot and introduce automation to reduce manual intervention.
