Job summary

Saxo in Gurugram is seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to monitor application services and underlying infrastructure, ensuring platform stability and availability. You will triage alerts, incidents, and drive follow-ups for assignment, investigation and timely resolution.

You should have 5–7 years of experience, knowledge of monitoring tools such as SCOM or SolarWinds, and ITSM experience with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Required experience 5-7 years in IT operations or similar roles.
• Alert handling and monitoring with SCOM or SolarWinds and other tools.
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow) including incident and case handling.
• Understanding ITIL processes: Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Knowledge of log aggregation/visualization tools (Elastic, Kibana).
• Degree in a relevant field and ITIL v4 or similar certifications encouraged.

• Perform continuous monitoring of application services and underlying infrastructure to ensure platform stability and availability.
• Triage incoming alerts, cases, and incidents, and drive follow-ups for assignment, investigation, and timely resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and raise problem records and problem tasks in line with Problem Management practices.
• Ensure incidents and problems are documented with clear descriptions and accurate Configuration Item (CI) mapping.
• Adhere to established ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Contribute to AI-assisted initiatives and continuous operational improvement within GCC.

It will be an advantage if you have knowledge or hands‑on experience within some of the following areas:

• Knowledge of Log aggregation and visualization tools, preferably Elastic, and Kibana.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., BCA/MCA or B. Tech, or BBA/MBA with a focus on Business and Data Analytics) and either already possess, or are interested in obtaining, ITIL v4 or similar IT service certifications
