Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre‑sales engagements, presenting IT operations transformation solutions to C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions, including distributed systems, cloud environments, and on‑premise infrastructures.
• Have deep knowledge of various IT monitoring tools such as ScienceLogic, SolarWinds, Datadog, LogicMonitor, and AppDynamics.
• Administer and support specific monitoring tools like Zenoss, Apica, BMC Truesight, or Impact Manager.
• Engage in IT operations and monitoring, understanding IT systems, networks, applications, and processes such as ITSM and ITOM.
• Implement and manage monitoring in cloud environments.
• Leverage experience in specific industries or technologies (e.g., web applications, cloud computing, security) as beneficial.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of servers, databases, network devices, and applications.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to analyze data, synthesize findings, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
