Job summary

Lorven Technologies in India is seeking an experienced IT recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for domestic roles. You will source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals, screen for skills and fit, and drive interview processes.

You will coordinate rounds with technical and managerial teams, negotiate offers, and ensure joining formalities are completed on schedule, building a strong candidate pipeline.
