Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mid-Senior Integration Developer to build and maintain the integration layer connecting a US-based client's contact center platform to enterprise CRM and backend systems. You will work primarily in the Microsoft stack (C#, JavaScript, SQL Server) with growing exposure to Azure and Power BI.

You will develop API integrations, middleware services, and data synchronization, collaborating with QA and migrating workloads toward Azure.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software development/integration experience within a Microsoft-centric stack (C#, JavaScript, SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining SSRS reports and/or Power BI dashboards.
• Strong API development and integration skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database design.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain API integrations between backend systems and CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Develop middleware services handling authentication, data mapping, error handling, and retry logic (C#, JavaScript/Node.js).
• Design and maintain SQL Server databases and stored procedures supporting integration and reporting workflows.
• Build and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI data models/dashboards for operational and client-facing reporting.
• Implement data lookup, write-back flows, and system-to-system data synchronization.
• Maintain API dependency documentation and integration health monitoring/alerting.
• Support SSO/SAML/OAuth integrations for secure authentication and role-based access controls.
• Contribute to the ongoing migration of integration workloads toward Microsoft Azure.
• Partner with QA to validate integration test coverage ahead of releases.

Role Summary
Builds and maintains the integration layer connecting a US-based client's contact center platform to enterprise CRM and backend systems. This is primarily a Microsoft-stack development role, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI, with growing exposure to Azure. Contact center domain knowledge is a plus and will help you contribute faster, but is not required, strong .NET/SQL Server developers from any industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Contact center or customer experience platform domain experience (Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE) is a plus, not a requirement
• CRM integration experience (Salesforce Platform Developer certifications a plus)

Location: India - Brick & Mortar Facility (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune)
Engagement: Contract to Hire | 12-Month Initial Contract
