Job summary

SummitNext is seeking a mid-senior Microsoft-centric developer to support backend logic, data flows, and platform routing for a US-based client’s voice and omnichannel contact center platform.

You will work with C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI, with opportunities to grow Azure exposure and hands-on experience in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a Microsoft-centric development stack (C#, JavaScript, SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and/or Power BI for operational reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain backend logic and data flows behind platform routing and workflow features.
• Build and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and reporting pipelines.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards for operational reporting.
• Perform integrations across platform modules to support smooth data flow between systems.
• Contribute to backend development work (C#, JavaScript) supporting the platform's Microsoft-based build stack.
• Support the ongoing migration of platform workloads toward Microsoft Azure.
• Maintain technical documentation: configuration guides, runbooks, and integration specs.

Role Summary

Supports the backend, reporting, and development work behind a US-based client's voice and omnichannel contact center platform. This role centers on the Microsoft development stack, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI, with growing Azure exposure. Direct contact center domain experience is a plus and helps you ramp up faster, but strong Microsoft-stack developers from other industries are welcome to apply.

• Support and maintain backend logic and data flows behind platform routing and workflow features
• Build and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and reporting pipelines
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards for operational reporting
• Perform integrations across platform modules to support smooth data flow between systems
• Contribute to backend development work (C#, JavaScript) supporting the platform's Microsoft-based build stack

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a Microsoft-centric development stack (C#, JavaScript, SQL Server)

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct contact center industry experience - understanding of contact center statistics, operations, and KPIs
• Familiarity with a CCaaS platform (Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, Five9, or Cisco UCCE/PCCE) is a plus, not required
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure Communication Services or broader Azure infrastructure

Location: India - Brick & Mortar Facility (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune)
Engagement: Contract to Hire | 12-Month Initial Contract
