Job summary

NuStar Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead with 6-12 years of experience in C, C++, Pro*C, Unix and Linux to lead a trading/settlement software team in Mumbai. The role requires hands-on work with STL, multithreading and socket programming, strong OOP/design skills, and excellent client management capabilities.

You will guide architecture, drive performance improvements, and mentor 8–10 engineers.

Qualifications

• Development experience in C, C++, Pro*C, Unix and Linux.
• Hands-on in low latency systems and socket programming.
• Strong object-oriented design skills and good analytical ability.
• Proven leadership: capable of managing a small to mid-size team and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide design-level and technical solutions to the team.
• Contribute to roadmap for enhancements and optimization of trading and settlement apps.
• Manage a team of 8–10 associates.
• Handle customer management and project delivery responsibilities.
