Job summary

Larsen & Toubro invites an experienced Relationship Manager - Buyer to join L&T SuFin, a B2B ecommerce platform. You will bring buyers, drive platform transactions, and coordinate financing options with banks/NBFCs based on customer profiles.

You will work on expanding customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and offering platform-centric solutions while communicating effectively in English and Hindi or local language. This is a permanent role aligned for Haridwar location.

Qualifications

• MBA Marketing (Preferred) or Any Graduate.
• 5–12 years of experience in sales, preferably BFSI or SME/business banking.
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi (local language).

Responsibilities

• Bringing buyers to the L&T SuFin platform and driving transactions.
• Meet revenue targets and identify platform-centric opportunities.
• Coordinate for loans/finance by recommending banks/NBFCs as per customer profile.
• Deepen relationships through cross-sell and up-sell.
• Maintain stable career record with sustained performance.
