Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Impeccable grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain clear and concise communication with colleagues and supervisors.

• Monitor and replenish in-room amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
