Job summary

Fairmont Udaipur Palace, a luxury hotel gearing up its pre-opening team, seeks passionate hospitality professionals to join.

You will assist day-to-day hotel operations, welcome guests, support Front Office and Food & Beverage, coordinate with housekeeping, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the hospitality team with day-to-day hotel and guest service operations.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support Front Office activities, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team with restaurant and banquet operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requirements are handled efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Handle guest requests and escalations as they arise.
