Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is recruiting for an Assistant Spa Manager at Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa, Tucson. You will oversee daily spa operations, ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, and support service sequences while aligning with guest expectations.

You will lead a team, provide hands-on guidance, and help build meaningful guest relationships, ensuring a memorable spa experience beyond a single visit.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Spa Manager / Team Leader.
• Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage.
