Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology across the full project lifecycle. You’ll define requirements, shape product direction, and collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and design to deliver impactful solutions.

The role focuses on Life Sciences/pharma domains, with responsibilities spanning requirements elicitation, process modeling, and KPI definition to measure success and adoption. Collaboration and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on small to medium-sized projects.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven ability to write business and functional requirements and to create source-to-target mapping documents.
• Basic SQL and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, and with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between IT and business stakeholders on new solutions and integration projects
• Elicit and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
• Map and model business processes, and advise on process and solution improvements
• Partner with technical teams to develop and evaluate solution alternatives
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business goals
• Prioritize requirements using business needs, customer feedback, and market trends

• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
