Senior Business Analysts are strategic partners inorganizations, responsible for analyzing business processes, identifyingimprovement opportunities, and translating complex business needs intoactionable requirements. They work closely with cross functional teams,including IT, product management, finance, and operations, while collaboratingwith executive leadership to ensure alignment with the organization's goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify stakeholders’ needs and develop effective solutions.

Qualificationsand Experience

• B. Tech + MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5–6 years of business analysisexperience, with 3+ years in senior-level roles managing complex projects.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM,BPM), business intelligence platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Relevant certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, orPMP are highly desirable.
