Job summary

ENHiSecure Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with IT, product, finance, and operations, translating complex business needs into actionable requirements and strategy roadmaps.

You will lead multi-department projects, mentor analysts, run workshops with executive stakeholders, and drive process improvements using BABOK, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma with SQL, Power BI, and Visio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience managing complex projects for ERP/CRM/BPM is preferred.
• CBAP/PMI-PBA or PMP certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify stakeholders’ needs and develop effective solutions.
• Design and implement business processes, workflows, and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Lead complex projects across departments, including requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation.
• Translate business objectives into functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.

Qualificationsand Experience

• B. Tech + MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5–6 years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years in senior-level roles managing complex projects.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM,BPM), business intelligence platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Relevant certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, orPMP are highly desirable.
