Job summary

Minfy Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT Software Solutions team in Gurugram. You will gather requirements, model processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications for delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform data analysis, create dashboards, and support stakeholders through the project lifecycle using SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business Admin or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software solutions projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with cloud service providers and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to translate objectives into functional and technical requirements.
• Process Mapping & Documentation: Analyze processes and prepare BRD, FS, and Use Cases.
• Solution Design & Validation: Work with development and QA to ensure requirements are met and gaps are addressed.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports for business performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to capture detailed requirements.
• Process Mapping & Documentation: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
• Solution Design & Validation: Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. Validate solutions against business needs and perform gap analysis.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights. Create dashboards and reports for business performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Experience in implementing custom Cloud-based solutions.
• Experience working with customers in the energy or telecom domain.
• Knowledge of API integrations, data modeling, and BI tools.
• Certification in CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
