Job summary

Talent Seed Hr Services in Assam is seeking a Field Service Engineer to address technical vehicle issues in the field, oversee warranty and service processes at partner channels, and support the growth of secondary service channels.

You will conduct training for Service Managers, manage spare parts inventory, and contribute to workshop profitability while tracking service performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyse technical complaints of vehicles in the field.
• Rectify defects in vehicles and overhaul aggregates.
• Maintain and handle internet-based warranty processes.
• Ensure implementation of service processes at channel partners.
• Support development of the secondary service channel.
• Provide feedback on company as well as competitor products.
• Conduct training sessions for Service Managers.
• Design special service support plans for strategic customers with channel partners.
• Ensure execution of spare parts orders to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
• Develop secondary networks for spare parts sales.
• Guide channel partners on manpower, facilities, and equipment optimization.
• Ensure profitability of workshops across channel partners.
• Maintain MIS on service performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory efficiently.
• Oversee service guarantee processes at dealerships.
• Conduct monthly visits to ASCs and monitor their performance with the ASC coordinator.
• Organise monthly service camps.
• Conduct customer visits and update M-Response data regularly.
