Job summary

Raam Autobahn in India is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee the 2-wheeler service workshop operations. The role focuses on achieving service revenue targets, maintaining productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective supervision of service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.

You will ensure timely vehicle delivery, monitor job cards and approvals, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and uphold high service standards while optimizing productivity and bay

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall 2-wheeler service workshop operations.
• Achieve service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop staff performance.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and minimize service turnaround time (TAT).
• Monitor job cards, estimates, approvals, and repair quality.
• Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of technical issues and repeat complaints.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and bay utilization.
• Ensure proper usage and availability of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
