• Manage the overall 2-wheeler service workshop operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Achieve service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop staff performance.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and minimize service turnaround time (TAT).
• Monitor job cards, estimates, approvals, and repair quality.
• Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of technical issues and repeat complaints.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and bay utilization.
• Ensure proper usage and availability of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
• Control warranty claims, spare parts usage, and service-related costs.
• Ensure compliance with OEM/service standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
