Job summary

Startup Stairs seeks an experienced Franchise Sales & BD professional to drive franchise expansion. You will generate leads, conduct discovery calls, and present investment opportunities to potential partners.

The role requires onboarding franchisees, coordinating documentation, and collaborating with marketing. Strong negotiation, CRM skills, and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of franchise sales, business development, or channel partner experience.
• Experience with retail, fashion, F&B, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.
• Proven onboarding of franchise partners or dealers.
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/commerce or related field.
• MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of franchise models and retail expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and site visits.
• Existing network of investors, retailers, or franchise consultants is a major advantage.
