Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading business transformation/digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects from planning through deployment and benefits tracking.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting.
• Lead deployment of digital tools, workflow solutions, automation, and analytics platforms.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Automation, Process Owners, Vendors, and Leadership for delivery.
• Drive process improvements and automation to boost productivity and quality.
• Develop change management, communication, training, readiness, and user adoption plans.
• Track benefits, adoption, performance, and outcomes against KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional, multicultural teams with clear ownership and accountability.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers; escalate when needed.
• Ensure SOPs, documentation, and handover processes are in place.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business transformation projects from planning through deployment, stabilization, and benefits tracking.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting.
• Lead deployment of digital tools, workflow solutions, automation, and analytics platforms.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Automation, Process Owners, Vendors, and Leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute change management, communication, training, readiness, and user adoption plans.
• Track project benefits, adoption, performance, and business outcomes against agreed KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and timely decision-making.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers, escalating where required.
• Ensure proper SOPs, documentation, support processes, and ownership are established before project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

8+ years of experience managing business transformation/digital projects, with hands-on exposure to tool deployment, automation, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder management. PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification and experience with Power Platform, RPA, analytics or process improvement would be an advantage.
