DINESHCHANDRA R AGRAWAL INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a seasoned business-process expert to drive digital transformation across EPC project planning, execution, and closure. You will shape and implement To-Be processes, SOPs, and digital workflows within project lifecycles.

The role involves engaging with project execution teams, coordinating with IT on enterprise platforms, and enabling standardization across geographies, with hands-on site training to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC project environments and project-based processes.
• Experience with digital transformation and process re-engineering.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions with IT collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Stewardship of business process enhancement using technology and best practices.
• Engage with project execution, planning, and design teams to understand operational challenges.
• Design To-Be processes, SOPs, and digital workflows for project lifecycle.
• Drive digitalization in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Oversee design & drawing management, daily progress monitoring, and contract/ certification processes.
• Coordinate material reconciliation & inventory tracking; manage project documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT for implementation on SAP S/4HANA, OpenText xECM and related platforms.
• Ensure standardization of processes across projects and geographies.
• Facilitate technology adoption at site level through training and hands-on support.
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, dashboards, and AI/IoT use cases.
• Act as bridge between site teams and IT/digital teams.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of EPC industry and project-based business processes
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle (planning to execution to closure)
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation & business process re-engineering
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ARIBA or OpenText xECM (functional understanding is sufficient)
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Project planning & scheduling
• Budgeting & cost control

• Contractor billing & certification
• Material reconciliation & inventory tracking
• Project documentation & reporting
• Work closely with IT team for implementation on enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA, OpenText xECM etc.)
• Ensure standardization of processes across projects and geographies
• Facilitate technology adoption at site level through training and handholding
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, dashboards, and AI/IoT use cases
• Monitor KPIs related to project performance and digital adoption
