Job summary

Antino is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution for modules of a fintech-based financial wellness and employee benefits platform. You will work with Engineering, Design, Operations, CS, and Business teams to transform business requirements into scalable product experiences.

You will drive user research, define PRDs and acceptance criteria, and monitor KPIs to optimize adoption, engagement, and retention while staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech/SaaS/HR-tech or consumer tech.
  • Proven track record building and launching digital products with measurable impact.
  • Strong Agile and product-management framework knowledge across the SDLC.
  • Experience conducting user research and defining product requirements across lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Understanding of financial services (banking, payments, lending, investments, benefits).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across tech and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.

Job description

Identify and prioritize customer problems through user research, customer interviews, employer feedback, and data analysis.

Translate complex business requirements and financial workflows into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly product experiences.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product solutions from concept to launch.

Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria, while managing agile development cycles and delivery timelines.

Define, track, and analyze product KPIs such as user adoption, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement.

Conduct product performance analysis, monitor user behavior, and leverage insights to optimize existing features and identify new opportunities.

Drive feature launches, manage release planning, validate product quality, and ensure smooth execution across teams.

Stay updated on fintech trends, competitor offerings, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

What You'll Need
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, HR-tech, or consumer technology companies.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and the software development lifecycle.

  • Experience conducting user research, defining product requirements, and managing products through the complete development lifecycle.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.

  • Good understanding of financial services such as banking, payments, lending, investments, or employee financial benefits.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed trade-offs, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on employee benefits, payroll, compensation, rewards, or enterprise SaaS products.

  • Exposure to embedded finance, digital lending, payroll systems, or payments infrastructure.

  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.

  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data analysis for product decision-making.

  • Experience building B2B2C products or platforms serving enterprise customers at scale.
