About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the strategy, roadmap, development, and continuous evolution of key digital products and transformative enterprise technology solutions. Operating at the intersection of business, technology, customer experience, and strategy, you will transform complex challenges into scalable, high-impact digital experiences that revolutionize how we deliver value.

As a senior leader within the team, you will champion product initiatives from initial discovery through technical implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, architecture, UX/UI, and executive leadership to align product objectives with broad organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities:

• Define, own, and execute the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead continuous product discovery through stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and comprehensive user research.
• Translate complex business needs into epics, detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide strategic domain leadership across core systems, customer journeys, and enterprise product lifecycles.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality and on-time Agile delivery.
• Establish, track, and optimize key product performance indicators (KPIs, OKRs), utilizing data-driven insights to refine product features.
• Lead release planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and organizational change management to guarantee smooth product adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and manage cross-functional alignment across organizational units.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of dedicated experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or technical product delivery.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience within the Insurance industry or related enterprise financial platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision through delivery and optimization.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, requirements definition, and backlog prioritization.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder presentation skills.
• Proven capability to partner with technical architects and engineering teams on complex, scalable platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced business credential.
• Direct experience with core insurance platforms (Policy Administration, Billing, Underwriting, Claims, or Agent Portals).
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to integrating AI, automation, cloud services, and advanced analytics into digital product solutions.
