• Work with stakeholders to understand IT service management needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ITSM builds.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM module implementations and enhancements.
• Analyze Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog processes.
• Create user stories, process flows, and documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and business teams during implementation.
• Support UAT activities and validate delivered solutions.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow developers to analyze requirements, optimize IT service management processes, and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ITSM processes, requirement gathering, process improvement, documentation, and ServiceNow implementations.
