Job Description

• Prospect and generate new business leads from Open Market companies, Internal LOBs, partners etc.
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored group/commercial insurance solutions.
• Present and sell group insurance products (health, life, disability, dental, vision, etc. ) to small, medium, and large businesses
• Prepare and present competitive proposals and insurance quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee benefits and insurance-related matters.
• Manage renewals, address service issues, and coordinate policy changes in coordination with service team/partners
• Evaluate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to finalize coverage.
• Assist with policy applications, enrollment processes, and onboarding.
• Ensure all policies comply with insurance regulations and company guidelines.
