Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Business Manager - Design to lead the design output for 12 to 15 projects monthly, directing a team of 6 to 10 designers. The role emphasizes productivity, training, and ongoing design discussions to ensure consistent quality across projects.

You will own design projects, drive discussions, and manage client experience while aiming for top ratings on the design Net Promoter Survey. Training on technical details will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects end-to-end.
• Qualification preferably B.Arch or B.Interior Design with related advanced studies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Design Projects and lead design discussions.
• Ensure productivity and output of a team of Designers.
• Oversee Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Monitor output on design Net Promoter Survey ratings.
• Train designers on technical details where required.

As a BM- Design, you will be responsible for managing the design for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training, and design discussions.

• Training designers on technical details (wherever required).

Expertise & Qualifications:

• Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
