Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Design Lead in Ranchi, India to oversee the design output for 12–15 active projects each month. You will lead a team of 6–10 designers, drive design discussions, and ensure high-quality outputs while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will also mentor designers, deliver trainings on technical aspects, and consistently improve customer satisfaction as reflected in design-related metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design (B.Interior Design).
• Masters or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management.
• 6+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered at least 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects and lead design discussions.
• Manage and ensure productivity and output of a team of designers.
• Handle customer experience and relationship management.
• Ensure output on the design Net Promoter Survey (customer rating).
• Train designers on technical details where required.

Role: Design Lead As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions.

What Were Looking For
