Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.

The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.

What are we looking for?

• Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs, Visio). o Familiarity with document management systems and process mapping tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Strong analytical skills to understand and simplify complex processes.

• Domian Expertise o Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end F&A processes – P2P, O2C, and R2R. o Hands-on working knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop SOPs: o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand processes. o Draft and format SOPs that align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. o Work closely with compliance and delivery teams to address gaps in SOP’s o Conduct interviews and workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather inputs. o Content will be sequenced in a logical manner that is easy to read to enable end-users to understand it better o While creating documents ensure language check (grammar and punctuation) sentence Construction, eliminate repetition in documents o Periodically review existing SOPs to ensure accuracy and relevance. o Update documentation to reflect process changes, new regulations, or operational improvements. o Incorporate feedback from relevant departments to finalize SOPs.
• Training Delivery: o Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for F&A processes across P2P, O2C, and R2R. o Plan and execute training sessions during transitions, hyper care, and stabilization phases. o Facilitate process walkthroughs, simulations, and system demonstrations using SAP and/or Oracle. o Adapt training delivery based on audience needs, process complexity, and maturity levels. o Support and conduct process certification and assessments to evaluate trainee readiness. o Track training completion, assessment results, and certification status for operations teams. o Identify knowledge gaps and recommend refresher training or remediation plans. o Ensure training delivery follows defined training governance, quality standards, and audit requirements. o Maintain training records and evidence for audit and compliance purposes.
