Job summary

Health Pillar Hospitals in India seeks a dynamic Field Health Liaison to drive clinic partnerships, organize free health camps, and coordinate corporate wellness programs. You will map clinics, manage referrals, and engage RWAs, PSUs, and corporates to build a robust healthcare network.

The role requires field mobility across the West Bengal region, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver value to patients and the hospital alike.

Responsibilities

  • Daily field visits to clinics and nursing homes to brief GPs and consultants on hospital specialties, equipment, and milestones.
  • Establishing SOPs for referral pipeline and ensuring smooth communication when external doctors refer patients for specialized treatment.
  • Surveying territories to map local clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic labs to expand the B2B network.
  • Coordinating with RWAs and community centers to set up screening camps (BP, sugar, cardiac) to build a patient pipeline.
  • Pitching and executing health check-up camps and wellness seminars at corporate offices in the territory.
  • Launching localized public health awareness initiatives in populated areas or community hubs.
  • Acting as a personal contact for high-value or corporate-referred patients to guide OPD or admission processes.
  • Pitching to PSUs, government bodies, and large private entities to empanel the hospital as a healthcare provider.
  • Relaying ground feedback from corporate clients regarding TPA and cashless insurance facilities to billing/admin teams.
  • Visiting manufacturing hubs to pitch annual health checks, emergency trauma support, and ambulance tie-up services.
  • Planning and setting up localized CMEs where senior hospital consultants present case studies to local medical fraternities.
  • Representing the healthcare brand at regional medical exhibitions, pharmaceutical trade shows, and doctor association meets.
  • Securing speaking slots for hospital specialists at community clubs or senior citizen forums to position the facility as a trusted neighbor.
  • Compiling and logging detailed reports of daily doctor visits, camp outcomes, and regional lead metrics into the CRM system.
  • Monitoring rival hospital pricing structures, new health packages, and field activities in the assigned zone.
  • Ensuring all on-field interactions and distributions of informational brochures adhere to healthcare advertising regulations and medical ethics codes.
  • Ensuring marketing assets are prominently displayed at partner clinics and neighborhood points.
  • Gathering ground-level feedback from referred patients and community partners to report service gaps directly to hospital administration.
  • Analyzing monthly referral data to modify field routes and focus resources on high-yield medical clusters.
  • Keeping a close eye on rival products, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Compiling weekly or monthly performance reports to show ROI and identify underperforming channels.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Doctor Emplacement & Detailing: Conducting daily field visits to independent clinics and nursing homes to brief general practitioners (GPs) and consultants on the hospital's specialities, advanced equipment, and clinical milestones.
  • Managing Referral Channels: Establishing and managing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the referral pipeline, ensuring smooth communication when external doctors refer patients for specialized treatment.
  • Nursing Home & Clinic Mapping: Systematically surveying assigned territories to map out all local clinics, small nursing homes, and diagnostic labs to expand the B2B network.
  • Organizing Free Health Camps: Coordinating with local residential welfare associations (RWAs), community centers, and clubs to set up screening camps (e.g., blood pressure, sugar, cardiac check-ups) to build a patient pipeline.
  • Corporate Wellness Tie-ups: Pitching and executing regular health check-up camps, occupational health audits, and wellness seminars at corporate offices within the assigned territory.
  • Awareness Drives & Public Relations: Launching localized public health awareness initiatives (e.g., stroke awareness, diabetes control) in highly populated areas or community hubs.
  • Patient Guidance & Onboarding: Acting as a personal point of contact for high-value or corporate-referred patients, ensuring they navigate the hospital OPD (Outpatient Department) or admission process without friction.
  • Empaneled Vendor Liaison: Pitching to public sector undertakings (PSUs), government bodies, and large private corporate entities to empanel the hospital as an official healthcare provider.
  • TPA & Insurance Coordination Support: Relaying critical ground feedback from corporate clients regarding third-party administrator (TPA) and cashless insurance facilities back to the internal billing and administrative teams.
  • Industrial Belt Outreach: Visiting manufacturing hubs and factories to pitch tailored annual health checks, emergency trauma support, and ambulance tie-up services.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) Execution: Planning and setting up localized scientific seminars or CMEs where senior hospital consultants present complex case studies to local medical fraternities.
  • Medical Conference Participation: Representing the healthcare brand at regional medical exhibitions, pharmaceutical trade shows, and doctor association meets.
  • RWA & Club Engagements: Securing speaking slots for hospital specialists at community clubs or senior citizen forums to position the facility as a trusted neighborhood care provider.
  • Daily Call Reporting (DCR): Compiling and logging detailed reports of daily doctor visits, camp outcomes, and regional lead metrics into the CRM software.
  • Competitor Strategy Tracking: Monitoring rival hospital pricing structures, newly launched health packages, and field activities in the assigned zone.
  • SLA & Ethical Compliance: Ensuring all on-field interactions, distributions of informational brochures, and doctor communications strictly adhere to healthcare advertising regulations and medical council ethics codes.
  • BTL Asset Management: Ensuring Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing assets -- such as hospital brochures, doctor banners, standees, and camp flyers -- are prominently displayed at partner clinics and neighborhood points.
  • Patient Feedback Loop Management: Gathering ground-level feedback from referred patients and community partners to report service gaps directly to hospital administration.
  • Territory Growth Optimization: Analyzing monthly referral data to modify field routes, focusing time and resources on high-yield medical clusters.
  • Competitor Tracking: Keeping a close eye on rival products, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics to ensure your brand maintains a competitive edge.
