The role requires coordinating with dealers, ensuring documentation, pre- and post-disbursement formalities, supporting sales promotions, and timely reporting to the ABM. This position focuses on prompt customer service and smooth operations across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to.
• Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer & Dealers.
• Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases
• To arrange and actively participate Sales Promotion Activities
• Timely reporting to ABM when required
• Maintaining smooth relationship with all outlets of dealers.
