Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Dehradun invites applications for a Business Executive-CAR LOANS (Off roll). You will ensure policy adherence, provide prompt service to customers and dealers, handle end-to-end documentation for disbursement, and maintain strong relations with dealer outlets.

You will also drive 100% CD collection, monitor NPAs, participate in sales promotions, report to the ABM, and ensure timely follow-up on initiated actions to strengthen the loan portfolio.

Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to.
Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer & Dealers.
Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases
To Ensure 100 % CD collection.
To have a complete control on NPA and overdue in all contracts.
To arrange and actively participate Sales Promotion Activities
Ensure to follow up all the taken initiatives at higher level.
Timely reporting to ABM when required
Maintaining smooth relationship with all outlets of dealers.
