Job summary

Wizsprint Consultants seeks a seasoned expert in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and TPM to drive business excellence across large manufacturing operations in India. The role demands experience with PDCA, Kaizen, A3, 8D, and robust use of FMEA and root cause analysis to elevate quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have exposure to Japanese manufacturing organisations and Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers, with a proven track record in deploying Lean, TPM and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Excellence, TQM & TPM.
• Exposure to Japanese manufacturing organisations or Automotive OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers preferred.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma, Kaizen, FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and TPM initiatives across manufacturing locations.
• Facilitate quality improvement programs using PDCA, Kaizen, A3 and 8D.
• Apply FMEA and Statistical Tools for root cause analysis and problem solving.
