Job summary

Luxury Tribe in India invites a hands-on Business Events Manager to own end-to-end delivery of flagship forums, one-on-one meetings, and high-touch networking experiences. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, vendor partnerships, and on-site production with a keen eye for luxury hospitality.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to align events with brand positioning, while delivering premium guest experiences and post-event insights across India (Udaipur/Delhi travel).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event management, luxury hospitality, or destination/experiential events.
• Proven track record delivering premium, high-touch events for discerning audiences.
• Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders without dropping detail.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills across venues, vendors, and partners.
• A refined sense of luxury, design, and guest experience.
• Willingness to travel within India (Udaipur / Delhi) and work flexibly around event calendars.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle: budgeting, timelines, vendor sourcing, vendor negotiation, production, and on-site delivery.
• Coordinate curated one-on-one meeting schedules between international hospitality brands and Indian luxury buyers.
• Oversee guest experience, hospitality, and VIP handling to a premium standard.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to align events with brand positioning and buyer engagement goals.
• Track event performance and deliver post-event reporting and insights.

Role Overview:

You will join the team, leading the end-to-end delivery of Luxury Tribe's event — from concept and logistics to on-site production — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the standards our audience of luxury brands and elite buyers expects.
