Role Description

The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The specialist will conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, prepare and deliver presentations or pitches, and collaborate with the creative team to align solutions with client objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records of interactions and proposals, following up on inquiries, and providing responsive, professional service throughout the business development cycle. The role also requires contributing to strategic planning, attending meetings or events as needed, and supporting long-term growth initiatives for Nirmaan Branding Studio.
