Role Description

The Visual Effects Artist will work full time on-site at Nirmaan Branding Studio in Rajkot, collaborating closely with designers, animators, and brand strategists to bring concepts to life through high-quality visual effects. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining VFX assets for animations and multimedia content, integrating effects into scenes, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role involves working on storyboards and animatics, optimizing VFX for various digital platforms, and troubleshooting technical and creative challenges. The Visual Effects Artist will also participate in creative brainstorming sessions, stay updated on industry trends and tools, and contribute to a supportive, highly collaborative studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D production tools such as Autodesk Maya for modeling, texturing, and scene setup.
• Strong understanding of Lighting and Compositing to create visually cohesive and realistic shots.
• Experience with Animation principles, including timing, motion, and cinematic storytelling.
• Familiarity with Game Development workflows or interactive media pipelines is an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional VFX and post-production software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Blender) is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual effects work for motion graphics, animation, or multimedia projects.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an on-site studio environment.
• Relevant education in Animation, VFX, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
