Eluno is seeking a Business Development – Property Acquisition to support our retail expansion across Bangalore. This is a highly field-oriented role requiring extensive travel to identify properties, meet owners, and evaluate locations.

You will scout locations, build relationships with owners, brokers, and developers, coordinate visits and negotiations, and contribute to the property acquisition and leasing process. Fluency in Kannada and strong knowledge of Bangalore localities are essential.

About the role -

We are looking for a Business Development – Property Acquisition professional to support our retail expansion across Bangalore.

This is a highly field-oriented role. The majority of your time will be spent travelling across Bangalore, identifying potential properties, meeting property owners/brokers, evaluating locations, and finding suitable opportunities for our retail expansion.

If you enjoy being on the ground, exploring different parts of the city, building relationships, and identifying good real estate opportunities, this role could be a great fit.

Key responsibilities -

• Travel extensively across Bangalore to identify suitable properties for our retail expansion.
• Scout and shortlist potential retail locations based on business requirements.
• Identify available properties through market visits, local networks, brokers, property owners, and other sources.
• Meet and build relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, developers, and local contacts.
• Conduct initial property assessments and share relevant details with the internal team.
• Coordinate property visits and negotiations with owners and brokers.
• Maintain a database of potential properties and keep track of ongoing discussions.
• Support the team throughout the property acquisition and leasing process.
• Continuously explore new areas and identify opportunities that can support the company's retail expansion.

What we're looking for -

• Prior experience in retail, real estate, property acquisition, business development, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Bangalore and its different localities.
• Fluent in Kannada
• Must be willing and comfortable to travel extensively across Bangalore.
• Good understanding of commercial real estate and retail locations is an advantage.
• Ability to identify good locations and assess their potential from a retail business perspective.

This is primarily a field-based role. Most of your work will involve travelling across Bangalore, visiting different areas, discovering properties, meeting people, and identifying the right locations for our retail expansion.
