Job summary

Beauty and Cosmetics is seeking a Regional Head to drive retail expansion and real estate acquisition across targeted markets in the region. You will lead the expansion team, evaluate sites, negotiate leases and close deals while building strong broker and landlord relationships.

The candidate should have 5–20 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, leasing or BD, with deep market knowledge of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and a willingness to travel extensively to meet rollout targets.
