We are hiring a Business Development Officer for a well-established TMT steel bar manufacturer, covering the west side of Malappuram district (Tirur, Tanur, Ponnani and surrounding areas). This is a field sales role, open to freshers, with immediate joining.

Role & responsibilities:

• Field sales of TMT steel bars to dealers, builders and contractors
• Identify and onboard new dealers and customers in the assigned area
• Regular market visits and full territory coverage
• Follow up on orders and collections
• Submit daily sales reports
• Build strong relationships with key accounts

Preferred candidate profile:

• 0-1 year of experience; freshers are welcome
• Any graduate
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Good local knowledge of west Malappuram (Tirur / Tanur / Ponnani)
• Fluent in Malayalam

Salary & benefits:

• Rs 18,000 - 20,000 per month
• Daily allowance (DA) and travel allowance (TA)
• Immediate joining

Work mode:

• Field work - daily travel across west Malappuram (not a desk job)
