Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a commercially driven field sales professional in Gujarat. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets and expanding customer base for gold loan products. You will cross-sell third-party offerings and ensure compliance with lending norms.

The ideal candidate possesses graduate-level education, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, and is adaptable to a dynamic multi-tasking environment. Local language with English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with sales orientation and good communication skills.
• Must be able to generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office applications mandatory; MS Excel preferable.
