Job summary

Feedback Infra in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth for our Power Generation and Transmission PMC/Consulting practice. You will identify new project opportunities and build relationships with GENCOs, DISCOMs and private utilities to convert opportunities into assignments.

You will lead pre-bid activities, coordinate with technical teams, monitor tenders and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in business development within power/energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Power Generation and Transmission.
• Develop and maintain relationships with GENCOs, TRANSCOs, DISCOMs, PSUs, IPPs, power developers and government/private utilities.
• Identify upcoming projects requiring PMC, Owner's Engineer, Project Management Consultancy, Construction Management, Supervision and Technical Consultancy services.
• Track government and private-sector power projects from concept through tender and award.
• Monitor and identify relevant RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and tenders.
• Lead pre-bid activities, client discussions, proposal development and commercial submissions with technical teams.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and key project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams for technical proposals, project credentials, manpower plans and methodologies.
• Support commercial negotiations and closure of PMC/consultancy contracts.
• Develop market intelligence on generation, transmission, substations and power evacuation.
• Maintain a strong business pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
